Hi could I please get the MF, RV and incentives for a 2018 v6 FWD base TLX for 36/12k in NY/NJ. Also I'm a bit confused if they wrap their aquisition fee into the MSRP or something? My quotes so far have no included one and the writing on their website for the national lease deals is a bit confusing. Not sure if I should be adding it in when I put the numbers into the lease calculator thanks!

For NY or NJ, you only want to pay the first payment and any registration costs up front; roll the taxes and fees into the adjusted cap cost.

Local dealer is telling me there is a $359+tax 3 year 10,000 mile lease on a A Spec FWD model for Acura's Season of Performance deal. $2499+license/registration. Is there a way to reverse engineer the sale price given those figures?

I don't know.. But, at that price, the adjusted CAP has to be wrong.

It depends on how much of a discount you can negotiate from the sticker price, before the incentives.

Residual is 54% and MF is .000880. No idea how dealer is getting that with 3500 lease cash. I get it as $322 plus tax in lease calculator.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and how they arrived at that number from the selling price.

If so, I calculate monthly payment of $427 with 56% residual on 36mo/10k with 3% sales tax calculated on the monthly payment for NC.

Yes, deduct the incentives from your best negotiated price.

I get $397/mo with tax included using those prices for 36/10. Your calculator may need a new battery.
