Hi, I would like the numbers for a TLX V6 Base FWD and V6 FWD w/ technology package. 24/12 and 36/12 for zip codes 22204 (VA) and 21401(MD).... not sure if they will be different. Thanks.

What would the numbers be for NJ zip 08816 TLX V6 base 36 months /10K miles per year

Is there a $2000 acura loyalty for me on top of the $3000 incentive?

My lease isn't up until next October but I'd prefer the V6 with the apple carplay. Would it make sense to try and get the car now?

Seems doubtful you'll be able to make a deal with 10 months to go on your current lease

Hmm. Ok gotcha on reg/title. I guess a lease is the bank BUYING the car, right? No lien? So $239.50 for 3 years + $60 for a no lien title = $299.50

I was given 53% after Nov 1, so I'm going with it. MSRP 46,700. Selling price 39,700. So that's about 1500 under invoice plus the lease cash for a total about 5k under invoice. Seems pretty good to me. I wasn't given an official adjusted cap cost, but I can estimate there's about $795 added to the selling price to get to $529 a month. Bank fee probably 595 and I guess a 200 doc fee. All in all though, looks like a nice deal - you agree? Thanks much!

As a general rule, should we be taking incentives off of TMV, or the avg paid on other sites, or are incentives already factored into those prices?

Any quote you get from the dealer is likely to include the incentives.

You'll have to work out your best price, and subtract the incentives from that.

Taxes in MD kill your lease payment; wonder if it might be cheaper to just buy it.

Finalized deal on 2018 TLX base. Selling price $28,400, $600 at signing, 36/12k, $367 a mo tax included. Doing lease pull ahead so $800 worth of last 2 payments rolled in. I think I got a pretty good deal. Taking delivery in 2 weeks, debating on adding remote start.

Thanks! I was also considering a gently used CPO. Something with 7500 miles or less because of how expensive it is to lease. Thanks for responding!

Dealer is correct - 52% is the correct 36/15 residual for Tech package.

Residual is fixed by bank

MF can be marked up by the dealer, but rarely happens for Acura.

Incentives are factory to dealer, so I suppose they could withhold them. But, that would put them at a disadvantage with other dealers who are including them in their pricing.

How do you come up with different residuals for different trims? To drill back to some advertized 7.5K leases, can you post residuals on it for base/tech/v6-fwd models?

That's because there are two separate incentives that total $3500:

$1500 lease cash
$2000 bonus lease cash

Just use the knowledge of the $1500 to adjusted your target selling price.
