The consumer incentive is $1500 (same as January)
The other $2000 is Acura-to-dealer cash. They won't tell you about that part

I see on the Acura Financial Services page that they lease CPO Acura's. Are there MF, RV and formulas to calculate the lease of these.
I would be looking for numbers for 2018 TLX V6 Tech FWD or AWD for 36/10 in Mass or NH.
I see a couple low mileage CPOs listed locally, so figure it may save some cash!

If it's a 2018, the lease program will be the same as a new one... with an adjusted residual to account for the current mileage.

So, the selling price has to be low enough to make up for the residual reduction, plus any possible loss of incentives.

But, most likely, the cars are service loaners or demos, not actually pre-owned

Not sure if this is something you know/can answer, but I am planning to make a lease offer on an AWD A-Spec using the (awesome!) knowledge you've provided on this forum. What I'm wondering is: In addition to the $4000 lease cash currently available, is there a % off MSRP I should be targeting in ADDITION to the lease cash? I'm looking at 36 months/10k miles in MN. 1) It's not all lease cash.. $2000 lease cash (customer) and $2000 incentive (for the dealer)
2) .00074 MF and 56% residual
3) YES, you definitely want to negotiate a discount, in addition to the incentives. We don't have a target price for Acura

MSRP 2018 TLX: $33,965 Special Price: $29,007
Payment will be $375
With $2499 , plus tax, tags and proc.,which equals about $5000 out of pocket .

When asked, the salesperson provided the following information: the money factor on the lease is .00074 and the Residual is .54%. (in Maryland)

My question is whether these upfront out-of-pocket costs customary and reasonable?
Have I forgotten anything to request?

Something isn't right here. The MSRP you list is for the TLX 2.4 Base model. The MSRP for the TLX V6 Tech is $40,850. I think the dealer is not giving you the right numbers for the model you think you're being quoted. If that Special price is for the V6 Tech please get me one too, cause that is a steal! Also how many miles/yr. is this for?
$5000 out of pocket seems high even for the V6 Tech. Check multiple dealers quotes on line. Check the National Acura ads, I think

What lease term and how many miles per year are you looking for?

We do not recommend that much money up front. MD is one of a few states that taxes the entire selling price, even for a lease.

Ask them to recalculate the quote with only $1000 due at signing. Keep the down payment in your pocket, and add the taxes and fees into the lease payment.

All they've done is just send you the latest online or newspaper ad for the base model, as @cjh5858 pointed out. They haven't given you an actual lease quote on the vehicle you wanted.

Leases don't get any sort of tax break in Maryland. Tax is on the full price, just like a purchase. (that hurts)

Yes.. they added $1500 dealer incentive on Tuesday.. It's good through the 28th.

Now that I look at it.... it's only good on 2.4L Tech, all 3.5L excluding A-Spec.

53% residual on 2.4 tech and 3.5 tech. $5500 total incentive
55% residual on A-Spec... just $4000 incentive.

Those are 12K/yr residuals, like you asked for originally.
Add 1% for 10K/yr

Hi, I just got a VM from a dealer I was negotiating a 2018 TLX AWD Advance package with and he mentioned there are additional lease incentives this week and next? Is that true? I'm looking for a 36/15K lease, originally I think it was MF .00074, 51% RV, and $4,000 in incentives in New Jersey.

Does anyone know what the additional incentives are?
