Can I please get the MF, residual, and incentives for a 2018 GMC Terrain SLE FWD in 98499? 24/10, 36/10. I am currently in a non-GM lease.

Any guidelines on what I should be asking for a dealer discount before incentives? Local dealer is currently advertising $7,000 off MSRP but I doubt I could get that discount for a lease before incentives.

Any chance the acquisition fee can be waived like on the Jeep Compass? If not, what is the required fee?

Looking for lease numbers on SLT AWD for two zip codes: 95687 (nor cal) and 92694 (south cal). 24/10 and 36/10. TYVM in advance.

If southern cali numbers are better (i.e. the $8k+ incentive), can I simply go to a southern cal dealer to get their rates and pickup and drive home the vehicle from there? Or must I actually LIVE in the region?

It seems as though no dealer is aware of the $8600 lease incentive for the SoCal area offers. Any ideas how to go about seeing this really applies or is does it vary from dealer to dealer? Can I contact GMC directly to get more info?

Not sure what I would suggest you do next, other than to keep contacting dealers.

Thanks!! Wow bad residual at 45%.  Would they sell me vehicle at lease end for 45% of msrp?  How does that work?  Seems to me that actual resale value would be more than 45% after 3 years and 36k.

Yes... the buyout would be 45% of MSRP, plus some sort of purchase fee, most likely ($150-$400, usually)
