    Hi Again,

    Once again, my thanks for your information and feedback.

    OK, so I am ready to make the deal on this vehicle.

    This is for a 2018 Terrain SLE FWD, with options, the total MSRP is 31,660.00

    The deal is for a 24 month lease / 15K per year.

    The dealer quoted the following:

    Selling Price 30,707.00
    Acquisition Fee: 650.00
    Capitalized Cost: 31,357.00
    Residual Value: 19,629.00
    Money Factor: .001468
    Cap Cost Reduction: 500.00
    Cap Cost Rebates: 6900.00
    Monthly Payment: 257.47

    So, based on the numbers, it looks like the residual is 62%, however the MF is higher than the .00135 you quote above.

    Does this deal make sense? Would negotiating the money factor lower to your quote change the payment much? Also, the dealer lists the Selling Price as a discount off the MSRP, however of course they will sell the vehicle purchase for less, is this a negotiating point?

    Not much of a discount off sticker, but we don't track pricing, so what do I know?

    And, you've confirmed that these rebates are valid for a lease? That's over 20% of MSRP

    I don't think I'd worry about such a small markup in the MF - that would be stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

    $257/mo for a $32K vehicle is a darn good payment.

    Hi, I was thinking the same thing about the money factor, that it was a very small difference and not a deal breaker or maker.

    My follow up comment is related to the Rebates applied. I am not sure where they found so much, I can only account for 6K (3000 Conquest + 1250 Bonus Cash + 1000 Customer Cash + 750 Select Market Bonus Cash) If they want to give me 6900, I will take it. The promotions expire today.

    The vehicle is a Terrain SLE, are you aware if the same lease programs apply to SLTs?

    Can you comment on the 495.00 Disposition Fee? Is this mandatory or negotiable?

    Seems like a good deal, I know the dealer and they are very reputable, they are pretty straight shooters.

    The Bonus and Customer cash may be valid only for a purchase, but your dealer will know for sure.

    SLT residual is 1% less than SLE

    Disposition fee is pretty standard for all leases, now. If you do not lease another GM vehicle, you will pay it.

    We only have residual values for 15K miles; you will have to check with your dealer how the extra miles affect the residual

    Hello, New here and have some questions. 

    Does the Mf/Rv go by your residential zip or where you buy it?

    Are these numbers what the dealer will give or does the dealer start high and work their way down to these? 

    Not sure if it matters but I can get employee price.
    Also, some dealers say that employee price is bottom dollar, is this true or can you get it for less?

    Looking for the MF/RV on a SLE zip 44870 butblooking to buy elsewhere
