This is for a 2018 T5/AWD/MOM

53195 is MSRP
50063 is negotiated price (which is invoice price)
2028.33 are taxes which include fees (fees including Bank, 1st month & DMV is $1,092.50)
no downpayment but I did leave a 1000 refundable deposit to build the car so that will be used toward the bank, 1st month and DMV).
assuming incentives are still 3000 that puts my adjusted cap cost around
50,998.83 - 3000 = 47,998.83 (I got this price by adding the negotiated price to the taxes then subtracting what I think rebates will be).

I know my numbers are off but just with these numbers does that sound like a 687.42 payment. And they still want another 2200 down to get that payment. So in all they are talking a total of 3200 down. Something doesn't smell right.

I told him 36/15 is what I will need.

I just answered you in the 2017 thread; was this for a 2018 model?

Have a question, I'm looking at 2018 XC90 Inscription AWD. Not sure what the MF and Residuals are. Looking at either 36 or 39, at 10K miles per year. Can someone please help?

Also I have APlan Pricing, the discount is $7,299 off MSRP, is that a good deal? If I look for a 2017 can I it cheaper than the APlan discount? Since I'll be leasing, should I get the 2018 because the residual will be lower on the 2017, being a year older.

Yes, MF is marked up.

Acquisition fee, too (base if $695).

Does the adjusted cap cost include all taxes and fees?

With the marked up MF, I get $609/mo; with the base MF, $593/mo.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost, and make sure you understand what was added to and subtracted from the selling price to get that number.

My family isn’t awesome at this kind of thing. Here’s what our lease is, we have 3 days to return if the deal sucks. I’m not looking for the best deal in the world, just a fair deal on both sides. I like the people at the dealership.

We haven’t leased before, and historically have kept cars for a long time. I like the idea of leasing though and will hopefully turn this one in at 3 years.

What is the adjusted cap cost?

When you say "take care of", what exactly does that mean? They are taking your car? Giving you a check for the remaining payments? Big difference.

The dealer gives 3 days / 250 miles. Pretty generous. For me it made more sense to just pull the trigger and do the research after, otherwise I'd just research until the cows come home

Is there a way to get the MF lower? MSD? 36 months lease? I think 0.00166 is really high, at this rate it's getting close to Audi Q7's MF.

.00166 is the correct MF for the T8 Inscription.

You probably aren't factoring in the dealer discount in your calculations.

Volvo does have an MSD program, but we don't know the details.

The T8 is the Hybrid, right? Those are going to be expensive...

I was quoted a selling price of 52,385 and 39 month lease for 12k($675with tax) and 15k($707 with tax). Feel these are a little high and am going into dealer to discuss better numbers and I'd like to see the MF and RV. Thanks for your help.

Yes, skip the $4500 down - limit your out of pocket to just the first payment and DMV costs.
