was planning on leasing a 2019 Jetta but with no deals whatsoever and a limited time frame I’m planning on leasing a Tiguan instead (probably end up with same payment). 
Can I get the current numbers for 36/15k for the SEL? SEL premium?
It looks like around $2800 in cash incentive ? I’m in South Florida 33432.

Excludes tax, tag & title.
sales price is 21495
Sales tax is 6% in GA.
Should I negotiate further or just take it as is?
7500m is enough for me.
Are the extra warranties to cover damage worth it? What do they typically cost?

Find out the total monthly price with taxes and fees rolled in.
Damage warranties mostly damage your wallet.

is the FWD has a lower residual and same Money Factor 58%? one of the dealer did't want to negotiate the price much from MSRP only $2,000 off i walk out of there but the other dealer is willing to come off $5,000 off MSRP but only have FWD, this is for the SEL model.

Yes way too high this is the screen from the finance.

You are paying tax of 6.25% on the purchase price (27970). Ask why you can't get the tax credit which lowers the rate to 1.25% and lowers the tax a great deal. If you don't understand how Texas taxes leases, you are NOT ready to make a buy decision today.
