Both quotes have marked up money factors, and frankly, that's a high lease payment for $33K-$34K MSRP vehicles. You should do much better on the Mazda.

$2,000 trade value of my car is being used as my down payment.

You want to negotiate your best price before applying the lease cash.

There are also up front costs associated with a lease - some of that $2000 trade equity may be used to cover those costs, and not all used as down payment.

Keep asking questions of the dealer - good dealers will be up front and transparent with their answers. Not so good dealers will evade giving you this information.

It does factor in... Since you know they are getting the incentive, you offer a lower amount than you would, otherwise. Since they are getting the money, they are more likely to lower the price by that same amount.
