Your monthly numbers are to high, You need to negotiate a lower sale price on both models , maybe extend your dealership search with pricing, try to buy/ lease at the end of the month for best possible deal. I worked out a deal in NJ two months ago for a SE model ( msrp 30.7k ) for $2500 below invoice.
Lease Incentives on the SE were either 1650 or $1850 can't remember . . Out of pocket was Tax, doc fee , 1st month , Dmv fee's.
RV and MF for 2018 Tiguan SEL 4 motion please in 20120
* also my local dealer has "Their no-hassle price" ex: $33910 MSRP-> $26567 Easy price. do I have room for negotiation? and I should probably assume incentives are reflected right?.

I wouldn't assume anything about an on-line price. It may assume incentives that aren't valid with the lease program.

If I use their total price, I get $363/mo. But, I'm not sure that sale price is the one they used for the lease. For instance, no mention of the $675 acquisition fee Plus, your price on that deal is $27,492, since they didn't include freight.. Then, an $800 dealer fee on top of that.
Not saying it's a bad deal, just that its not as big of a discount as shown.
Also, you should get a clear answer as to the amount due at signing. "$0 down" doesn't always mean $0 due at signing.

Can I get the RV/MF for a Tiguan FWD SE in 20816 please?
Dealer is offering it online for $21,855 which includes the incentives that would actually apply, which seems like its too good of a deal. We'll see once I email them the numbers to confirm.
Rookie question here, is a credit score of 780+ typically good enough to qualify for the quoted MF? If not, any idea what kind of an uptick you'd see?
