    Hello:

    Can I get the RV & MF for zip 97214? Tiguan SE 36/10 with panoramic sunroof.

    Were able to get the cap cost to 26600 yesterday but the dealer was incredibly difficult to work with, so back to the market we go.

    Did the residuals drop a bit for November? I just closed a deal on a 2018 SE 4Motion w/sunroof ($30,420 MSRP; $28,262 negotiated price (invoice less $500 Costco cash and $500 dealer cash)) for 36/12 in 44056 for a monthly payment of $372.53 (all fees built into lease (and that price includes the 6.75% sales tax). Just first payment is due. I was working alongside the GM of the dealership on his computer and the MF was .0012 and RV was 56%.

    Hello - Looking for MF and RV for 2018 Tiguan SEL AWD in 20166 for 12k/36 months.

    Also a question - I am consistently getting a quote for $490-$515/month for the following:

    MSRP - $33,670

    Negotiated Price - $29,863
    + DMV fees - $310
    + Processing fee - $699
    + Tax - $1822 (6%)
    Gross Capitalized - $32 ,472
    - Rebate - $1000
    Adjusted Capitalized Cost - $31,472

    Assuming a 56% residual and a money factor of .00130 - I get $415 but not one but 4-5 dealers in the area are quoting me between $490-$515. They only way I get to their monthly payment if I increase the money factor to somewhere around .003 equating to 7.2% interest rate. Am I missing something or our dealers just trying to make money by quote a higher money factor than what's market?

    Did you tell them you wanted to lease, when you negotiated that price?

    It's possible that they have incentives on the buy side, that aren't compatible with the lease program.

    Your math is correct, though.
    When, they quote you that monthly payment, ask for the adjusted CAP cost and the money factor.

    Looking for the MF, residual and incentives on a 2018 SE with awd, 3rd row and roof. MSRP 31,079 36 months 15k and 36 months 12k. Also any idea on what % I can expect below MSRP on the selling price? I have done this a few times but always seem to get burned. Currently leasing a 2016 Traverse at $309 around 2k out of pocket, getting much higher quotes at most dealers and brands.
