Standard MF and 53% residual
What is the standard MF? My quote says 0.0025 which looks really high.

We don't know the exact rate, but have always believed it to be around .00200-.00220
Thanks and not to be a nag but is it realistic to assume a 4% increase in Res for 36/15 (Feb 52%) as compared to 36/10 for C43 Coupe? Or is it different because of State? NJ vs. Colorado? I am referencing post from last month below. Thanks again just trying to understand. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MichaellMichaell ColoradoPosts: 66,200 January 5 arb1330 said: C43 4matich/63/63s coupe and sedan 36/10 MF/residual/incentives?
C43 sedan - .00135 and 61% C43 coupe - .00134 and 56% C63 - standard MF and 55% (base sedan), 52% (S sedan), 56% (base coupe) or 53% (S coupe)
So here is the deal I’ve been offered by my dealer. Car is a C63 AMG sedan. The MSRP includes the maintenance fee for three years which is why it is higher. This will allow me to residualize it as well. 7500 miles/yr 36 months MSRP: 93,160 Dealer Add-on: 1,906 (this is the additional payments left on my current M3 lease) Sales price with addon: 86,105
MF: 0.0028 MF after MSDS 0.0021
$2000 at driveoff. payment with MSDs is $1440 Good deal? Anything I’m missing here? Thanks!

Forgot to mention that they are giving me a Tax break as well. This is Texas so I would’ve paid 6.25% tax on the price of the car but with the break, paying only 1.25%

Any idea of the adjusted CAP cost, after tax, acquisition fee, maintenance is added?
I don't know the actual base money factor, but I'd guess this is marked up some, before the discount for MSDs.

This is a C63s acquisition fee is 1095. Tax is 1291.58 license and reg is 342... adjusted cap cost is 90,718

I get $1419/mo., with that adjusted CAP. The acquisition fee is marked up from $795, and I'll guess that the money factor is probably marked up by .00030-.00050, before applying the MSDs.
The tax credits are a big deal in Texas, as that saves $4500.
I don't know how much a Mercedes dealer will bargain on a vehicle like this. The discount is pretty good, but the F&I manager may not be willing to sacrifice his big commissions on the markups. You might have another $50-$80 per month to bargain with (or, maybe not..

Yes.. It seems only Mercedes dealers can do this. Basically, it means you are only paying for half of the cost, over the life of the lease.
When you say Residualizing maintenance or any other protection (Wheel & Tire or Lease end damage coverage) what should I ensure when reviewing the lease terms or negotiating with Dealer? Does cost get added to MSRP to realize residual cost over term of lease? Thanks in advance!!

As far as we know, you can only residualize the scheduled maintenance plan, not those other insurance programs. To residualize the maintenance program, the price has to be added to the MSRP.
Hello, could I please have the MF / RV for a 2018 C 300 Sedan RWD and AWD for 24/10 and 36/10. Also a C 300 Coupe RWD and AWD for 24/10 and 36/10. Looking at a few loaners in Southern California. Thanks!

Destination fee?
What difference does it make - trying to base your offer on (invoice) +/- a certain amount isn't the right approach.
Find the price you're willing to offer and go from there. Let the dealer worry about whether they make money on the deal.

C43 sedan - .00135 and 61%
C43 coupe - .00134 and 56%
C63 - standard MF and 55% (base sedan), 52% (S sedan), 56% (base coupe) or 53% (S coupe)
No MB incentive information
The difference between 10K/yr and 15K/yr is indeed 3%
36/10 = 56%
36/15 = 53%

7500 miles/yr 36 months
MSRP: 93,160
Dealer Add-on: 1,906 (this is the additional payments left on my current M3 lease)
Sales price with addon: 86,105
MF: 0.0028
MF after MSDS 0.0021
$2000 at driveoff.
payment with MSDs is $1440
