    Can anyone tell me how often Land Rover runs incentive based programs. I am currently looking at a R Dynamic SE P250 @ 12k. MSRP in New Orleans is $65,300.00 Dealer is hesitant to move more than 1,300.00 off MSRP. I do have a competitor car but I'm told that incentive program ended last month. So far we cant bridge the 3k difference we are apart. Current offer has 55% Residual and .00050 MF. 4k down gets me to $825/month. Any suggestions? Need to get to 62k to hit my goal payment. Is that unrealistic?

What CAP cost did you use for your calculation. I wouldn't worry about the dealer's invoice. Just get the actual selling price used.

    Finally got the information from the dealership. They used $54,599.37 as the "agreed upon value" plus added $895 acquisition fee for Gross Capitalized Cost of $55,494.37...(instead of listing the $895 in the Amount Due at Signing section where I've seen it before). They listed an adjusted CAP Cost of $52,590.61. Just wondering if this sounded like a good/decent deal? Thanks again!

    Anything with that low of mileage and current year, is likely to be a service loaner or demo.

    For a P250 S - I had a dealer in zip 06825 tell me the sweet spot for a lease was 33 months/12k miles with a MF of .00001 and 58% residual. Can you confirm that this lease program exists?? I inquired earlier on a 36/12 and you responded with .00017/56%

    The best I got so far is as follows:

    Thanks for the help. I went into several dealers in Houston looking for the p380 on lease for 36 months and 12k miles/yr. With a Velar with Msrp of $75k they came back with a price of $72k and payments of $1,182 (money factor of .00125). That is way off the .00001 you mentioned above so just wanted to see if I’m missing something? Thanks in advance!

    Not missing anything. LR dealers are quite greedy with their MF markups.
