    Thank you for the reply. I am new to the forum and hopefully asking follow up questions is OK.
    I just wanted to make sure I am understanding correctly - that money factor represents an APR of .12% doesnt it? Can that be right? It seems so low!

    MSRP 62,426
    36 months/ 7500 miles $690 a month, $2000 due at signing (1st month and fees)
    36 months/ 10000 miles $708 a month $2000 due at signing (1st month and fees)
    Taxes are rolled into the payments. I am also getting $1500 conquest cash.

    How does this sound? Thanks in advance!!

    I don't unfortunately. I am getting it through a lease company vs. Land Rover dealership so they won't give me the selling price.

    Hello and THANK YOU both for helping us all. In 92109 zip code in California. Was given this quote today for a 2018 Velar P250 S. They won't negotiate anymore on payment/price:

    36mo/12K miles a year
    $3,000.00 down out of pocket + $1,500 conquest cash = $4,500 down
    $630/mo payment includes 7.75% sales tax

    $59,713 MSRP sticker price (includes CA Emission of $100 and Dest Delivery Fee of $995)
    [They claim their MSRP Subtotal invoice cost pre CA Emission and Dest Delivery Fee is $55,029.07...but then add another $160 for "Dealer Training Fee" and $600 "RAG Fee" for a total of $56,884.07 (includes adding back the $100 for CA Emission and $995 for Dest Delivery Fee).]

    Using the alleged invoice price of $56,884.07 as the cash price and an MF of .00070 and Residual of 57% which I gathered from previous posts (assuming I got understood everything), I got $614.34/mo...obviously less than the $630/mo I was quoted.

    They keep trying to tell me not to worry about cash price, money factor and residual (which they have not disclosed) because I should only be focused on monthly payment. HA! That said, can you please share what the money factor and residual should be for this car? Also, does this sound like a good/decent deal? Thank you in advance.

    Did you ask for the adjusted CAP cost?
    To get the calculation, you have to add the acquisition fee ($895), DMV fees (about $650), doc fee ($80).
    What CAP cost did you use for your calculation.

    I wouldn't worry about the dealer's invoice. Just get the actual selling price used.

    Residuals are fixed by the bank, and dealers cannot alter them.
    The money factor we give is the lowest available for top tier credit. Dealers may, and usually do mark them up for extra profit. Just insist on the base rate.

    If you want numbers, give us a trim, term and mileage allowance

    You can structure the lease deal any way you'd like.

    LR dealers seem to be allergic to discounting, though it can happen. Do your research, determine a price you'd be happy with, and present it to the dealer.

    Leasing is an expensive way to only drive 15K miles...

    I get $692/mo.+tax, which makes me think my money factor is correct, and not yours.

    I'd certainly try for a lower price. We don't track pricing, but you can read back through this discussion, to see what others might be paying.
