This was before any negotiations pitting dealerships against each other. What would you consider a winning sales price and then what can I expect regarding MF, residual and sales incentives for someone with an 800+ credit on a 3 year/36,000?

They would eat all of the fees, taxes, doc fees, etc. Is this a good deal or can I do better? Credit score is around a 670.

The $1500 is for the downpayment. The dealer is covering out of their own pockets, the fees, taxes, etc. The MSRP I believe is around $24.5k.

I am highly suspicious of this. I would ask them for a deal sheet that shows the detail behind their quote. My guess is that the $1500 does cover the fees, etc. and they are just *telling* you they are eating them.

Ah, the old "buddy price" deal. I've found they aren't always as good as you may think, and I'm leery of any dealer that isn't transparent with the numbers.
