Correct.. residuals cannot be altered. I show 59% for 36/12. 60% for 36/10, if available.
Honda has been updating their program bi-monthly, lately. These residuals have been the same since May 1st.
Make sure they are quoting Honda Finance lease.

Dealers won't usually disclose a Honda-to-dealer incentive.

What lease term?

Honda only offers a 10K mileage allowance in selected markets (NYC and surrounding areas, I think)
