    Can this still be negotiated or what can be negotiated?
    What should i be careful on?

    Incentives are different on buy vs. lease. Make sure they know you are leasing before getting price quotes.
    The lease incentive on the LX is $1600, so any discount should certainly be larger than that.

    Residual may go down, but so could MF, and incentives may increase to balance everything out.

    Still confused after going back & forth with dealer on a 2018 Honda Civic EX 36/12 yesterday
    MSRP 22334 Discount 1325 MF .00105, 57% residual MA tax 6.25% fees on del $319 (their info supplied)
    $2k down + $500 grad free down; they quoted $255.46
    I argued about the lease cash of $1400 (as quoted here)
    What do you calc for a best price with lease cash?
    Are dealers usually tight about the lease cash?
