I am looking for the Honda Civic LX hatchback for 3 yrs and 12K miles per year. First months payment only down, nothing else. In NJ by NYC.

Here's where I am at for a hatchback:
MSRP 21,845.00
Invoice 20,368.00
Sales price 19,868.00
Residual 58% or 12,670.10 option to purchase.
Money Factor .00105
36 months 12,000 miles with first payment due of $297.00 at signing.
Rolling in the balance of fees Cap cost would be 22,058.00.

Thoughts? Should the sales price be lower with lease cash?

I agree with the variables and the math/payment.
So, it's the price, and the $2190 added to the sale price to get the adjusted CAP.
You want that itemized, to see if there is any garbage added in.

May I please get the RV and MF for a 2018 Honda Civic Touring Sedan in the Los Angeles Area? 3/12k and 3/15k please.

If there is lease cash, what is the current amount?

And as I understand it, the lease cash for Honda isn't treated as a customer rebate, (thus become a taxable item) but it goes towards the dealer (factory to dealer incentive) so they effectively have a lower cost on the vehicle. So in essence whatever the selling price is, it can be further reduced by the lease cash. Is this correct? Thank you for all your help!

Yes, the lease cash is a dealer incentive, so not taxable. So, any offer they make will already account for it. Don't expect them to take another $1400 off of their offer. But, the offers should be $1400 lower than otherwise.

You want lease quotes with just first payment and DMV/doc fee due at signing (1st payment + $350 approx)
