We don't have the Ally numbers to confirm the MF.

IL collects the sales tax against the sum of the payments, up front. Hence, the $1360 in tax added into the deal. You can pay it up front, and avoid paying interest on it, but if the car is stolen or totaled, I doubt you'll get the pro-rated taxes refunded from the state.

Rate is 7.5% APR, according to document. That's equivalent to .00313, not .00241.
But, that's a nice high residual at 76%.

It's 39 months, right? Calculation seems correct.
Tax amount seems about right.

I don't see an acquisition fee in there anywhere, but I wouldn't complain about that.

Is it ZERO due at signing, or $485/mo due at signing?

If it's $485, then why are they adding that amount to the CAP cost in the left hand column? (If it's ZERO, that makes sense).

66% for 42/12

We don't know the standard MF for this month, but .00220 would be in the right range.
$1200 is for first payment and DMV/doc fee?

Assuming 9% sales tax, it would take an adjusted CAP cost of about $37,400 to get those payments.
The spread between 36 and 42 month payment looks correct, as well.

Did they give you a sale price or adjusted CAP?

Not that there is much discounting, but I suspect you can get a better price on the 2018, this late in the model year.

Looking to move on a JLU sport S macked out with everything but tow so like 46msrp let’s say now can someone educate me on wether going with a dealer that uses ally (seems to have higher rv and worse mf) or going with a dealer that uses the normal captive finance (numbers that we get here) with the better mf and lower rv would be better for me if I’m looking to get the best payment.

I live in nh so no tax and I should qualify for the best mf anyways... I’m cool with the longer term and will be paying all the fees up front 

PS oh and I am also ordering the vehicle and would like the lift from the dealer (one with 2” and fox shocks good for the 35’s) put on by the dealer as well.  Just wondering if this could be residualized if it can is it worth it to do so or just pay for it.

PPS I know this months deals will not be the same as when it comes in but just looking to be educated on when and why ppl go with ally vs the regular bank
