Hey guys this is what I was quoted on a 2.0t Sport A/T

    MSRP $31,205
    Sale Price $27,210
Total with tax and fees $29,571.13
    MF .000920
    Lease Term 36 months
    Mileage 12k
Sign and drive $361.2 including all taxes.

I also got a local quote of $1500 for taxes and fees up front at $310 a month. Which ends up 300 dollars cheaper. But I don’t have detailed paperwork for that one, so I’m slightly skeptical. Anyway what do you guys think? And is there any room on this?

Can you get the detailed paperwork?? That deal sounds too good to be true. Also, where are you located?
Signed the second deal today. Numbers didn’t change. 1500 DAS and 310 a month. Car is super fun to drive
Can you PLEASEEE get me the numbers for your deal??!
I’ll try to remember when I get home today. What area are you in I could point you to my dealer

What are the MF, Residual, & incentives/rebates for the '18 Accord Sport Sedan 2.0T w/manual transmission in zip 60645 for 24/12 & 36/12? What is the lease sweet-spot for this model?

Also, are there any special financing promotions?

I negotiated the following yesterday in Virginia, but in the end it did not work out as we came up with different payment numbers, supposedly inputting the same info.

    2018 Accord EX-L 36/12K
    30,860 MSRP
    26,500 selling price w/dest.
    150 DMV fees
    595 HFC Acq. fee
699 dealer processing fee (BS, but the selling price was low, so they can play with that)
    .00092 MF
    .56 RV
    4.15% tax

No money down, all fees in the lease payment, first month's payment due at drive away.

I calculated $354/mo using an app I like on my phone, and using Edmund's online lease calculator

Dealer calculated $372. We left it at that and they let me walk easily. It was the 1st of the month.

Are my calculations correct, and what may be going on?

Sport 1.5 models Invoice price w dest/ charge of $895= $24,483 . Your deal as it stands(22,998) is 1485 below invoice. you will do a lot better if get more dealerships involved with pricing, negotiate till the end of the month making your lowest deal at months end. You should get close to if not better than 2k below your models invoice price.

I couldn't get the deal I wanted last month to have them pay off my last least payment so looking to get a car in the next two weeks after it's paid.

Can I confirm if anything changed from July on the below in Orlando Florida zip codes (32807, 32808, 34711, and 32771)

    Honda Accord Sport 2.0T automatic
July it was .00092% MF and 58% RV with no incentives.

    Thank you in advance

    Subtract 2% for 15K

No 20K allowance, from Honda; check with your dealer as to how the residual would be adjusted.

    Quick question for the board....

I am already leasing a Honda Accord Sport, leased in February 2016, Is anyone here going into a lease where they already were leasing a Honda previously? I'm asking this because I want to know what the possible incentives are as my lease is almost done and I'm looking to opt into a new Honda. The prices I'm seeing here for most Honda sports are extremely high. I know I cannot compare my 2016 to a 2019 but looking at the price points it seems that the new Hondas are being priced very high especially considering the leases on the 1.5 are going for $300+ a month with a down payment and 2.0 sports going for $350-$400 with money down.

Im paying $225 a month for my sport and put Approximately $500 out of pocket. So anything above $275 a month on my end seems high for honda sport. Im hoping since Im already a Honda lessee that I could probably land the sport 1.5 for $250-$275 with no money out of pocket or down, does this seem possible?

    Not likely.

The official Honda subsidized lease for an Accord LX is $249 a month—and that's before taxes. Plus you need to put money down:

"2018 Accord Sedan Continuously Variable Transmission LX Featured Special Lease $249Per month for 36 months.$2,399 total due at signing.
Includes down payment with no security deposit. Excludes taxes, title and either dealer fees or documentary service fee. For well-qualified lessees."

To get a monthly lease payment of less than c. $275 a month like you are talking about with almost no money due at signing, I think you'd probably need to look at a Civic or an Acura ILX.

If you are trying to match what you got three years earlier, that's probably not going to happen.

But, if you have a three year lease, you have six months till to go. The 2019 will be the second year of the new body style, and will likely have bigger incentives than the current 2018 model. Wait until after the first of the year, and see what happens, then.

When I see those official Honda leases I sort of laugh because I have always worked around those numbers finding better deals, you can always work around those numbers, Only people going in without an idea of how to haggle will pay $2400 down and $250 for an LX!!!!!! A friend of mine actually is leasing the 2016 Honda LX for $300 a month, he did not say what he put down or out of pocket, but even if he put $0 down and paying $300 a month for an LX I think he got ripped off because my sport is only costing me approx $235 a month....Im going to work the numbers and call a dozen places hoping to get the same price Im paying now for a 1.5 sport. I did it last time and Ill do it again. Many people dont believe what I pay but I have the policy to prove it.

Would it be possible to get the MF and RV for a 36 mo/10k or 36mo/12 k for a 2017 Accord Coupe manual in 08550 zipcode? I went to the dealership today to look at a Civicand they had this demo with like 200 miles on that they were selling with a big discount but they said lease would not be worth it. I still want to figure out a lease on it, I really liked the car.

Im hoping since Im already a Honda lessee that I could probably land the sport 1.5 for $250-$275 with no money out of pocket or down, does this seem possible?

I'm finding out the same thing. I have 2016 EX and paying $260 per month. I just started shopping for 2018 EX but the prices are so much higher now. To get 2018 EX would be approximately $360 with zero down. It make absolutely no financial sense for me to upgrade now and pay $100 more per month for essentially the same car.

The 2018 Accord has been completely redesigned and is significantly better in several ways than a 2016 Accord.

But, staying in the Honda family you might want to check out the 2018 Acura ILX, which in base form can probably be leased for about what you are paying for your 2016 Accord EX.

Switching to Hyundai, you should be able to lease a 2018 Sonata for about 260 a month with nothing down.

I couldn't get the deal I wanted last month to have them pay off my last least payment so looking to get a car in the next two weeks after it's paid. Can I confirm if anything changed from July on the below in Orlando Florida zip codes (32807, 32808, 34711, and 32771) Honda Accord Sport 2.0T automatic July it was .00092% MF and 58% RV with no incentives. Thank you in advance
No changes from last month - current Honda programs are set to expire on 9/4
    Thank you @Michaell
Because I am also going to have to pay my lease termination fee, since I'm changing manufacturers, I decided to wait till right before the end of my lease on 9/7 to help skip a month to cover that fee since I plan on doing a sign and drive and not paying anything up front.

Historically, are the Honda Programs more likely
to be better than the current offers of .00092% MF and 58% RV on the Sport 2.0T? Maybe they will actually offer a rebate on that model?

I need to know if I should go to the wire and do it between 9/5-9/7 or give myself some breathing room and get the first couple days of September if
the program won’t get any better.

    Thank you in advance.

No insight as to what will happen to the numbers after the current programs expire.

If the MF goes down, it's likely the residual will, as well. The only variable is whether Honda will offer incentives on more trim levels than they are currently.

Yea after seeing the prices of what others are paying for the sport I'm thinking of going elsewhere, maybe the new toyota, I feel I have my work cut out for me with my next new lease. It took me about a month to land the lease I have now, if anything I'll extend my lease, but paying $100 more  for pretty much the same car just different look is ludacris. I could see $25 maybe even $40 extra, but for an extra $100 you can land an Acura or even a Q50 base Infiniti!!!

....When I see those official Honda leases I sort of laugh because I have always worked around those numbers finding better deals, you can always work around those numbers, Only people going in without an idea of how to haggle will pay $2400 down and $250 for an LX!!!!!!....Im going to work the numbers and call a dozen places hoping to get the same price Im paying now for a 1.5 sport. I did it last time and Ill do it again. Many people dont believe what I pay but I have the policy to prove it.

So far it seems like it hasn't worked out quite like you thought it would?
