There is a special program in place in MI only - Hybrid MF is .00040.
The "regular" program does show the .00097 MF, however.

I wouldn't bother to work with that dealer - no way should a RAV4 lease be almost $700/mo.

TFS acquisition fee is $650.
We don't have any info on it being waived
