Sorry to bug you guys again. First quote I got from dealer for 2018 RAV4 limited 12k/36 months. They quoted msrp of $34804 dealer discount/rebates of $5121 for selling price of $29187. Said $0 down would be $393 per month. I feel it's quite a bit high but wanted another opinion. Area code 01845. 

I mean I'm only paying 335 per month for 15k/year miles on my 2015 RAV4 limited with a $2000 trade in.

When making an offer, is it typical for the dealer to try to claim the $1250 cash incentive or is that for the consumer? If I guesstimate an offer based on invoice that gives them 5% profit and it's for example $27,000 should I drive for the $1250 to be reduced off of that number?

I'm anticipating them to counter by saying $27,000 is fine including the $1250 (so selling price actually $28,250) and I want to know if you think I should push back on that.

When the dealer makes the offer, that's the time to ask them if it includes the incentive, or do you get that price minus the incentive? They can't take the incentive, but most dealers are going to frame their quote so it reflects the lowest amount. It's up to you to find out what they mean, exactly.

And to put food on the table for his hungry kids, of course. Joking aside, the end of the month and the end of the quarter (which is right now) is often a great time to acquire a new vehicle if a dealer needs to make up the numbers. But only if it's a deal your happy with.

Of course, the sale price might include a rebate that isn't valid for a lease.

Hi, I live in NJ. I am wondering what a good lease deal would be on a 2018 Rav4 Hybrid for 36/months. It looks like people are getting OTD prices around 22,500. Toyota has some really low July promotions for the Rav4. Could I manage to get one for 250/month with no money down? If not, what would you say is a good deal. THanks!

What mileage allowance?

10k or 12k. toyota website says 27,235. but if people seem to be gettin them much cheap so could you calculate lease price based upon the deals people get?
