I was offered the following deal on a 2018 Rav4 AWD XLE in northern Ohio with no money down except first month payment. Is this a good deal and is the payment correct? They never listed MF I assume it’s 0.0001 or 0.00058. Dealer also offered to pay my last 2 payments on my current lease and buy it.

How much is due at signing?

I get $218/mo with those numbers. My guess is that the taxes and fees are also part of your payment quote.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they arrived at that number from the selling price.

We gave you 15K/yr above.. so, 63% would be correct for 12K/yr

I received a lease quote on a 2018 RAV4 XLE AWD. MSRP is $30,453. There is $1,700 lease cash and the MF appears to be .00001 with a 55% residual. We have 7.125% sales tax in Minnesota. He's offering the car "sign and drive" at $330/month including tax for 36months and 15k miles. 12k miles would bring it down to ~$319. Does that seem reasonable?

Thanks Mod. I got a few more details. The sale price is $27,953 and Toyota is putting in $1700 lease cash. The residual is $16,749.
