We don't have the specific MF and incentives for Iowa - we show .00073 and $1500 for Chicago, and .00033 and $1000 for Denver.

$0 down, or $0 due at signing? Not the same thing - at the very least, you should be paying the first payment and any registration costs when you sign the contract.

Tax rate in Wisconsin is 5.6%?

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they got there from the selling price.

Given 0.00001 MF and 0.58 residual value (CA 94085), the lease should be a bit over $200, but the dealer's offer is $289 month.

Should I keep pressing him or move on?

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and the amount due at signing.
Also, ask if the price that was quoted is good for the lease program, as well.
