We don't have the MF and incentives for NY, but I've no reason to dispute the .00050 MF and $1750 lease incentive.

That said, your selling price does seem a bit high - ask the dealer about the lease incentive.

We also aren't big fans of large up front amounts on a lease - usually just the first payment and registration costs. Add the NY taxes and acquisition fee into the monthly payment.

When you restructure the deal as I've advised, the payment may actually go up (the costs rolled into the payment are likely going to be larger than any additional savings you can achieve). But, less than $1000 out of pocket is much better than $3K.

The selling price is just that... the selling price. CAP reduction doesn't figure in there. You don't see the lease cash, because they haven't disclosed the adjusted CAP cost. Or, the lease bonus cash.

$371 DMV/dealer fees (because that's what is left over... lol)

Adjusted CAP
$28750
- 653
- $1750 lease subvention cash
- $1750 lease bonus cash (from the ad)

With that, I get $249/mo,
I'd ask them for the adjusted CAP.
From the ad, it looks like there might be $3500 total incentives, though it's not really clear, but that's what it takes to get to that payment.

Comparing it to the ad is fruitless, because that's a cheaper model, and doesn't include taxes, or DMV fees.

Then we're right in the ballpark with the dealer quote.

We'd suggest you limit the up front cash to just the first payment and DMV costs (maybe $800 or so), and have a higher payment of $20-25/mo.
