    Yeah.. that's the maximum markup.

    Of course, that's a huge discount, as well (even with the $695 doc fee)

    The money factor markup adds about $1500 to the lease cost, but that still gives you a pretty good deal, relative to MSRP. It would be interesting to know the price, if they used the base money factor.
