Says the original price is 27k and the new msrp is 18995 for the one I’m looking at with 4500 miles. Not sure what you mean with the 2800 dealer lease cash, care to explain? I qualify for the 500 college grad discount I believe 

The dealer lease cash is a VW to dealer incentives, that will reduce the selling price.

Probably already factored into that $8K discount from sticker.

Do they know you're leasing? There may be incentives in that $19K price that are only valid if you purchase.

That's a smoking deal. It should be in your driveway at that price.

Better grab it before that guy over at LH does. seems like a sweet deal; loaner mileage means little with the long VW full coverage warranty (6yr/72k miles)...today is end-of-month

They can no longer be leased using VW Credit

If the dealer knows of a local bank or CU that has programs on the 2018 Passat, then they can use that program. We, of course, won't have the numbers to confirm anything you'll get told.
