That's a nice complete lease quote. Other than not disclosing the money factor.

I get $651/mo, with just first payment at signing for 36/12
Which appears to be their quote, as well.

$4600 discount from MSRP.
But, considering the $2950 incentive, that's only an additional $1650

I would think you could easily shave another $1000 off the selling price.
That would drop the payment by $30/mo.
I'd start lower than that, and have that as my maximum price.

To Shankar: On my deal for the base model I put $1500 down and it included the first payment. BTW, I got them to throw in a chrome bumper guard in the back to prevent luggage scratches before I would commit. They are $200.

If I add the acquisition fee to the selling price, I get $539/mo plus tax.

Confirm with the dealer the adjusted CAP cost they are using for their quote.

For NY, we suggst you pay the first payment, the tax and the registration costs up front.

The acquisition fee is imposed by the bank, and is not negotiable.

We recommend adding it to the monthly payment.

I wish I could elaborate - we had a very long discussion in a thread for a different brand and the poster actually quoted the appropriate statute from the NY Department of Revenue that explained how that happened.

A little Googling, and you should be able to find the same thing.
