If I add tax and acquisition fee to your sale price, I get $599/mo.
That means about $1000 more for DMV, and probably a big dealer fee, as well.

But, you have about a $5500 discount, exclusive of the incentive, and that's pretty good.
I'm estimating your taxes, so I could be off a little bit.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. It should be about $52,600.
Then, ask for an accounting of how they got there from the $48,960 sale price.
If any of the fees look wrong or egregious, see if they'll drop the sale price to make up for them. (guessing the dealer fee is around $600).

It's not a bad deal.

Final cost $2700 down include first pmt and all tax/title ect. $390 monthly pmt (tax included), 12k miles/yr for 36 months. Is the capital reduction the cost you have to pay or the discount given by dealer?

I get the same number. Looks like a great deal.

Got it down to just fees for 'money down', so $631... no cap reduction cost and same monthy payment... and they'll take care of my remaining one lease payment on my other car. Think I have to pull the trigger.

My memory is rusty as it's been 3 years....so the $2950 lease cash should be deducted from total price? They are offering me a TECH (FWD) for 43,500. MSRP is 49,595 (includes 920 destination). So should I say "Give me 43,500 minus 2950 extra"?Is that how you are implying we use the lease cash information?

These incentives are all Acura-to-dealer incentives, so they've already been accounted for in the price they quoted you.

We tell you about the incentives, so you aren't as impressed with the $6000 off MSRP.

I don't see any loyalty incentives.

I found a 2017 MDX Advance (FWD) with 650 miles on it. If I lease it will all the current MF/RV% apply? How should I treat the 650 miles, ask for .20/mile to go towards residual value? Dallas, TX MSRP 55,475 Offering 49,475 I'm going to ask for 20% off; so around 44,380

I'm not surprised the 2nd dealer can beat it. Factoring in the $2950 dealer incentive, the effective discount is only $1900.

It doesn't matter where you subtract the money, the 2nd deal is $1300 less.
Those numbers are assuming just first payment due at signing, right?

We don't track pricing, so can't tell you where the bottom is.

Go back to the first dealer and tell them you have an offer of $549/mo, with only first payment due at signing, and ask them to beat it. If they do, tell the second dealer about the lower offer ... and on, and on, until one dealer bows out.

But, your adjusted CAP is now $2550 higher than your sale price.

That's a big pile of money... I'd want to know exactly what it's for. (hint... mostly extra money for the dealer).
