Hello Michaell, apologies since I do not have all of the details. Based on the information below, would you be able to tell if this is a good deal? I have been negotiating with a dealer in Miami and wanted to get your opinion before I take a decision.

I wouldn't put $5000 up front on a lease - If I add back in the $3000 down, the payment goes to about $475/mo or so. Still a good deal for the MSRP.

Ask them to rework the numbers with only first payment and registration costs due up front.

I'm interested in current lease numbers for 2019 SH-AWD Acura MDX Advance with Entertainment packages in MN. I have excellent credit (over 750) and would be trading in an older Acura (meaning I should qualify for any loyalty incentives).

Never priced out lease before so looking at getting information. Would be interested in 2 year 10k or 2 year 12k lease options. Thanks!
