Looking for opinions. Got two 36/12 quotes to lease a TLX Base V6 and Tech V6 after turning in my 2016 TLX. $436 for the base $510 for the tech. Both with 1st months payment and doc fee of $598 at signing. Both seem rather high given I am told by the dealer they are selling $7k off MSRP. Both look about $70/mo high. What am I missing? 3% sales tax in NC monthly.
