The MFR lease its $389/mo $2999 due. The net cap is $32k on a $39k sticker. Total payments is $14k with an option to buy for $19.9 k at the end. I mean even if you add the lease + purchase it's still getting an AWD V6 for $33k . That's cheaper than you could negotiate now?

While we wait for the moderators to give their answers, I'll add that you are right that it's less expensive to lease a TLX than to buy it. It's a really good car imho. I'm leasing a 2018 TLX 2.4 Tech, and so far I really like it. Acura leases on the TLX are a good value, and right now I'm thinking of buying it when the lease is up. I did better than the official lease offer, but I didn't really need a car and was willing to walk away.

Tech V6 AWD .00093 and 50% residual $4925 incentive
Only $1000 of that incentive is good for a purchase. So, you are gaining $3925 - $595 = $3330 by leasing. The money factor is pretty low, so financing for the first 36 months is cheap, too.
Of course, when you buy it out, you'll either pay cash or borrow money at used car rates. Not sure how Kansas handles sales tax on a lease. That can affect the calculations, as well. I
So if I do lease, and do plan to buyout at the end. In theory, would it matter whether I did a 36/12, 36/10, etc?
In theory, no...
But, by taking the allowance you need, you maintain your "option" of walking away, with no further cost. You wouldn't want your decision on whether to buyout being made because of a penalty, if you'd rather walk away.
So if I want to take the AWD V6 Base or Tech, what figure should/ need to negotiate to make the monthly payment lower?
It looks like the MF is pretty low and prob not worth haggling over. Is the RV a % that can be haggled? Or is the main focus of getting a lower monthly payment sales price & net cap cost?
My end goal is to get an AWD V6 Tech for under $350 a month. But I don't want to put $5k down just to get there. And I know dealers can move and hide figures to get to there but I want as much exposure and to be able to calculate.
I wish more people posted their lease deals and what their purchase prices, MF, RV % and net cap cost were.
So after looking up TrueCar and Edmunds I'm going to present this.
AWD V6 Tech MSRP $43,095
Market average shows sale price of $38.5k in my area. $38,500 - $4925 incentive - $1500 lease cash= $32,075. No Money down, Fee, reg, acquisition, first payment and Sales tax paid up front. Total about $4k given KS 9% sales tax.
For me lease payment shows $326 + $4k up front. Is this good if I can get it?

I'd be wary of the prices you've been given - often, they includes incentives that are valid for a purchase only, and will disappear when you tell the dealer you're leasing.
But, you're on the right track - negotiate your best price, then subtract the incentives (the $1500, BTW, is "flex cash" and may not be available from every dealer).
Does KS collect sales tax on a lease up front? Wasn't aware of that.
Our suggestion is to run the numbers with only the first payment and any registration costs due at signing - limits your exposure to loss if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.
And, not sure you'll get to $350/mo on the TLX Tech. But, if you do, I might have you drive west to CO and negotiate my next lease!

Im looking to get a 2019 A-spec AWD v6
first, dealer quoted me $498 with $2500 up front. Is that a good deal?
i was hoping to be more like $450 with maybe just first months payment upfront.
with these current incentives, which deal sounds more likely or how could I get to where I want to be?
What ZIP code?
What lease term and how many miles per year?
We'll need the MSRP and selling price to help model a payment.
11706
the MSRP they have it listed at is 45795

Do you know the selling price?
I don’t unfortunately, we only got to the basic back and forth, speak to the manager and he’ll offer you this “special deal just for you” stage. Didn’t get to any paper work.
I do see truecar has them going for about $38880 in this area, so I don’t know how much room I had to negotiate.

$599 dealer fee? That's steep. "It is pre-printed on every invoice. We must charge it to everybody."

Yeah. Welcome to KS where there is no cap on dealer fee. That's why I am asking in STL, MO. MO dealer fee is capped at $199.
Good for you. I live in CT, right on the NY border. NY caps their doc fees at $75. They aren't capped in CT. Just make sure you add up the total cost of the lease. The KS dealer might have a higher DOC fee, but a lower selling price to offset the DOC fee. The MO dealer might have a low doc fee, but higher selling price.

The MFR lease its $389/mo $2999 due. The net cap is $32k on a $39k sticker. Total payments is $14k with an option to buy for $19.9 k at the end. I mean even if you add the lease + purchase it's still getting an AWD V6 for $33k . That's cheaper than you could negotiate now?
.00093 and 50% residual

Only $1000 of that incentive is good for a purchase.
So, you are gaining $3925 - $595 = $3330 by leasing.

$33,500 net cap.

I'd confirm the adjusted cap cost they are using for their payment quote.

Its late and and I can’t read.
Is eothee way way a good buy or is there better?
Should I pay the $699 fee at signing or just roll into lease ? $399 vs $418 is negligible.

From what I've seen here and everywhere else it seems like a solid deal. It's about $4k off from msrp + incentives.
I'd like to know what the residual value, money factor, and any incentives for 12k miles/36 months in 90703 for:
2019 Acura TLX inline-4 - FWD w/ A-Spec and Technology Package
2019 Acura TLX V6 - FWD w/ A-Spec and Technology Package
$4100 lease cash
Both engines
