We don't know what method Kia Motors Finance uses, but anything above 700 gets you the top tier MF.

Check with a second dealer.

I've looked everywhere and cannot find. I only find the $4000 cash. I went into one dealership and when asking them about incentives they kept dodging the question. How do I say w certainty that I know this is what the incentives are? Help please!

It shows as "Lease Program Cash", which I always believed to be a customer incentive, and must be disclosed by the dealer.

Check with other dealerships and be forthright about your desire to lease.

Another option - check the Kia website to build the one you are interested in, click the Summary button in the upper right, and click Calculate Price. From there, you can click the Lease button and make sure your zip code is entered in properly. It will show you the lease cash for your zip code, and you can put that in front of any dealer that is giving you a hard time. If they continue to give you a hard time, move on to another dealer. Good luck.
