I think your MF is a typo, otherwise you wouldn't have the correct number for post-MSD.
The incentive is Mercedes-to-dealer, so you wouldn't see it in your deal.

I get a payment about $7/mo. lower than that.
$841.52+9% tax = $917.25

Other than the payment being slightly off, it looks great!

That is likely the reason for the MF bump.

Ask them what the discount would be to get the base MF.

Or, simply tell them you won't sign any deal where the MF is bumped.

That makes sense, and explains the difference in the dealer payment and mine. You want to keep the payment under $900, otherwise your MSD contribution will go up.

why are your MSD 10500, that would imply a 1050/mo payment?

I think Mercedes uses the pre-MSD payment to calculate the security deposit. Then, it's rounded up to the next $50 increment.
