4 looks to be the max - MB probably has a minimum MF of .00005 which you cannot go below.

I don't know about the incentive, but the money factor and residual are the same as January.

I still don't see $4800 added to the selling price, just the sales tax amount of $27xx

Keep asking for a full accounting of the delta from the selling price to the assumed cap cost.
