4) Hard to do. If you see egregious fees, negotiate a lower price for the vehicle to make up for them. Some fees aren't negotiable (acquisition fee, DMV fees)
5) Yes, incentives can vary with each new lease program.

Does Chrysler apply the tax credit on a leased hybrid?  I'm interested in 2 years 15k a year.  Seems dealers are drastically marking down the 18s calling it a dealer discount.  Would that be my starting negotiating price? I'm in 46902.  Thank you
