    They said purchase price is "right around under $43k" but they didn't say anything about incentives or MSRP. Should I request that? (Sorry I am new here so this is my first time looking into this.)

    Yes, you should get all the information - MSRP, exact selling price, how much is due at signing ($0 down is not the same thing)
