Is the RV different in different states? Or is is it the same nation wide? Also, trying to trade-in my leased GC Trailhawk for unlimited Rubicon. Chrysler Cap seem to be giving different dealers different payoff amounts than mine? Is this normal? Or are dealers playing with numbers? Is there any instance where a dealer would have to pay sales tax when purchasing a lease? Thank You

Different leasing banks may have different residuals.
For the same bank, the residual is the same.

A CDJR dealer may get a different payoff amount than an unaffiliated dealer. (or, the lessee).

The dealer never pays sales tax when buying out a lease, but the lessee might, depending on state. A lessee may owe sales tax on negative equity, when trading in a leased car. (depending on the situation and state).

We don't have the Ally programs. Typical though.. high residual, high money factor.

$460/mo all-in is about average for that vehicle, I think. Not a bad deal.

Are there any numbers for a 2020 4 door Rubicon Recon Edition as well as a 2020 4 door Rubicon diesel for 12/36. Zip is 03885.

Not sure if the residuals of a Recon Rubicon or diesel engine Rubicon residual value differ from a standard Rubicon trim.

Hey guys I need some help as to finding the Residual value and finance fee. I’m trading in lease early I don’t have any choice (kid coming and my 2 door don’t fit my needs) I took the car to car max was informer my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon apprised value is 33k but the dealership buy out is 37,523 my negative equity is a total of $4,523. The car I’m looking to trade it in with has an MSRP 36,202 but dealar has $1500 rebate. The car is a 2020 Jeep unlimited sport; I’m looking into 39m/10k miles. I wanted to know the residual value and financing fee for zip 33321. Can someone please help me factor in the monthly lease with the negative equity I’m willing to do 3,500 at singing.

$4500 of negative equity over 39 months is about $115/mo, added onto your lease payment.

You sure you can't squeeze a car seat into the back seat of your current car? That's a lot of money to spend on a car you aren't driving.

Yes I got the car seat but nothing else fits in the car the stroller won’t fit in the truck or the passenger seat

I have the following on a 20 Unlimited Sport S in SE PA zip 19335. V6 with hard top are must haves but I'm waffling on the 6 vs the turbo cause FCA is giving more on the turbos I hear.

FWIW this will be a fun 3rd retired car for 3 years then give back and walk away so at this point monthly payment and out of pocket are my only concern - am I wrong for feeling that way? Thanks.

39 month is better than 36 months. 42 months is even better.

If the quote above is the best you have, try asking them to re-run it for 39 or 42 months. Though, the large amount you are putting upfront will skew the payment lower on the 36 month term, but your overall cost per month will still be less.

New to leasing but browsed this forum before I went to a local Jeep Dealer tonight that had very low purchase price for 2 dr Sport S. MSRP $36,740 and advertised $31,465. I was good with that price 14% below MSRP and they were honoring advertised price but their lease quote with out running credit was 42 months $450 a month. Asked for financial details and found their quote was for US Bank at a RV 60% and MF at .0028 or 6.7APR. It was almost closing time so I told my salesman that the RV seemed real low from everything I had seen on the internet and thought the MF could be lower as well as I have good credit. Told him to talk to his finance manger in the morning and call me if things changed. He said he would. Not sure of the current RV and MF but would like have that info before talks go further.

Standard MF and 63% / 62% / 61%, but our numbers are from Chrysler Capital. We don't have the US Bank numbers, but I'm not surprised by them. There is likely an incentive buried in that low selling price, as well.

2-door residuals are a lot lower than the 4-door.
