Your best bet? Shop a different brand.

There is always an acquisition fee. I think you've misinterpreted their response. When they say, "No other fees", they are saying there is nothing extra for you to pay in the quoted deal. It doesn't mean they haven't added the acquisition fee to the CAP cost.
