Are you paying the fees up front, or are they being added into the selling price? That might account for the sales tax delta.

I don't see you getting to $330/mo without a substantial discount from sticker, on top of what you are already getting.

I would roll everything into the monthly payment. Dealer is discounting 7.4% off MSRP, without the 1k rebate. I will try other dealers, not in a rush I have a civic that has 4 payments left. I know Honda doesn't offer MSD's, however does MF change on a one payment lease?

Deduct .00080 for one-pay.

If I add the doc fee and the bank fee ($595) to the selling price, I get $362/mo before tax.

There might be a small fee that accounts for the payment different; confirm with the dealer.
