Can I get rv, mf for X5 sDrive and X5 XDrive for zip code 30005? I know there is $500 lease credit and $1000 loyalty credit. Are there any more incentives out there? This is for 10K/36 months.

Lease term and miles per year?

The tax burden in Texas hurts any lease deal - to get under $1000/mo, you'd have to get the dealer to shave another $8000 off the selling price.

Unlikely that you'll get that.

Hi. I've seen a lot of comments relating to $2500 going back to the dealer. I assumed that was a BMW lease credit but I saw that they are only offering 2500 rebates on purchases. Can someone please explain what this is?

Dealers can markup the rate by a maximum of .00040, for extra profit.

Also when negotiating would you the $3500 rebate be part of the discount or have folks had luck getting a discount (dealer is offer 7%) + $3500?

Money factor
Just had discussion over phone about X5 sDrive 40i. I wanted to lease at 36/12K. Specifically told them residual and money factor. Wanted to roll in dealer fee (unable to get rid of) and acquisition fee into lease payment. They made mistake of $2500 rebate as only for purchase. Discount was about $5600 off MRSP which is really only about $2300 off MRSP. Now money factor was marked up to 0.00122 and dealer fee is $799. The increase in money factor is about $37 extra a month. Really only getting about $200 off invoice. They also wanted $2500 up front . Not a good deal. To those on this forum, make sure you know what and where the money is going. I hope this helps.
