Greetings, Can someone please confirm the numbers for this 36 month/10k/2015 535xi lease is correct: 1.30MF; max 7 MSDs for a total 0.49 MF reduction; $1,500 BMWFS build-out cash; $1,000 team USA credit. Are there other incentives out there for 2015 535xi leasing?
.00130 MF and 64% residual. $1500 buildout cash. 7 MSDs would lower the base MF to .00081
Sharp color! Are you leasing 10k/year? What was your RV? I'm looking for current MF and RV for 2015 535x at 36m/10k.
Thanks, they just came out with the color this past April and there only a few on the road. I don't think BMW even shows the color on its website.
I leased for 15k a year. Money Factor is currently .00130 but I bought it down with Multiple Security Deposits. I am not sure what the residual is for 10k but I think it is 65% but a mod will have to confirm same.
The dealer (Flemington BMW) has another Mediterranean Blue in stock but it's an M and loaded. Since it's a 2015, someone should be able to get a great deal on same.

Seems like a good deal too. Did you have the $1500 buildout credit offer when you ordered yours, and included in your "Price agreed to 58,975.00"? I'm working on a similar car, but not as loaded as yours.
I know this may be very aggressive, but does anyone think it's possible to get the dealer to come in at $2500 under invoice not including the build out and ultimate drive incentive.
Looking at a 535 with MSRP of 67,675 figuring invoice of $62,500 ( about 8% off) less $1500 build out, less $1,000 UDE incentive. Less another $2500 since the dealer may be motivated to move out the 15's. Would be a selling price of $57,500 so @ 10k off sticker. Looking to lease - 15k miles - 61% residual; and .0081 MF with MSD's I get a payment of 567 a month incl 7% NJ sales tax.

Yes it's very possible. I got an almost identical deal earlier today.

Great - please keep us posted I also will qualify for $1,000 BMW CCA Rebate which I just might put down to bring the payment down even more.

The CCA rebate can't be applied to the deal. You have to apply for that after you have the car.
So, the sales guy at the BMW dealer in Central / Northern NJ actually requested that I not make the deal public.
However, to give you an idea, I got a 535i X-Drive, 12k miles per year lease on an MSRP of $69,450 with no money down (i.e. no cap reduction) for under $575 per month. Used MSDs, of course. I almost went for another car in their lot (MSRP of $64,500), which was only $522 per month (also no money down), but really liked some of the options in the vehicle with the $69,450 MSRP.
Anyone can send me a PM and I can give you more of a breakdown, and would be more than happy to share my phone number if you'd like to talk.
*** I really have to thank "zoombie99" for giving me the parameters of the deal. I would not have been able to negotiate a deal like that without his help!

Hello -- I'm new to this lease stuff so can I get your opinion on this deal I was emailed today?
2015 528i msrp $56,000 selling price $50,000 residual 63% 3 years/12000 miles $1500 out of pocket $623.04 monthly
thanks!
.00130 MF and 63% residual. $1500 buildout cash
If the CAP cost is $50,000, I get $520/mo+tax.
The selling price looks good, but there are either additions to the selling price and/or they are marking up the money factor. You don't mention your state/taxrate, so guessing a little bit.
Moderator, do my lease numbers above make sense with the 9 percent sales tax?
It depends on the net cap cost ... if the payment my co-host calculated is $520/mo, then 9% tax takes it to $567. Still a bit of a difference from the dealer quote of $623/mo. About $2000 of extra fees in there somewhere.
Ask for the net cap cost, and find out what's been added to the selling price of $50K.
car shopping, BMW, and leasing newbie here. 30yrs old and still driving my 15yr old first car. looking for some info on the best MF and residuals for both the 528xi and 535xi at 10/36 and 12/36. can you help? also am i missing any rebates besides the build out and un4gettable test drive credit (not eligible for the BMW CCA rebate)?

.00130 and 63% for 36/12. Add 1% for 10K. $1500 build out cash available.

Its been a month but i have decided to pick up a 5 series. here i my current deal.
2015 528 xi Lux line black saphhire metallic w/ mocha nappa cold weather premium rear cam park distance
Net total 59,500 destination charge 950
MSRP 60,450
Sale price 52,692
if i qualify for a fleet discount /grad rebate 51692
NY (7.35 tax)
Residual 64% MF: 00130
36 month 15K miles 599/month with rebates, 630/month without

Using the $52.692 as the cap cost, I get a payment of $508/mo before tax. I suspect some of the fees and/or taxes are being added into the sale price.
Find out what the net cap cost is, and how the dealer arrived at that number.
Hi Michaell - I'm new to the forum. I'm in process of leasing a new 528i. When I plug-in the numbers above into a lease spreadsheet i downloaded from the web (also used Edmunds's lease calculator), it comes to $640 + tax as compared to $508/month that you mentioned above. I'm using $52,692 as my Net Capitalized Cost and $33,789 as Residual Value (64%). Can you help clarify? Maybe I'm missing something in the spreadsheet?

The above quote I got was with everything rolled in. Taxes, Tags, license etc. Im waiting to hear back from them about the net cap cost and fees used to calculate the lease. Ill repost at that time, looking to get the car this afternoon.
my lease is up in 3 weeks. should i wait till labor day or i should get it now as they have a 1500 rebate? with the new 2016 coming out, will BMW give more rebates in September? when will we find out? September 1? Thanks.

The current program runs through August 31st. No crystal ball here, on what might happen after that.

There may be better deals next month but the inventory will be diminished. It's a risk and you have to be flexible since there may not be a lot to choose from.
Thank you. I am ready and i think even if there is a better deal next month, probably another 500 bulks. i am flexible on that sense. if the number is good, i will get it now. the good thing is that i check inventory near me, they have 30 or so 528xi.
Do you have lease numbers for 2015 535d x drive? 10,000 miles/36 months? Are there any incentives? Also, do you think it's possible to get 15% off of the car before incentives?
