With $0 down and only first months payment, tax, title and fees of $1,137.10 total out of pocket
36 months at 10,000 miles per year = $545.21 plus tax ($591.55 including tax)
Residual Value $31,874.20

With $3,500 down total out of pocket
36 months at 10,000 miles per year = $480.45 plus tax ($521.29 including tax)
Residual Value $31,874.20

Does this look like a good deal ? Is it better to look for a lease vs a buy decision here. Pls advise.

We would need to know the MSRP and selling price in order to fully evaluate the lease offers

Regarding lease vs. buy, I suppose it depends on how much you drive and how long to plan to keep the car.

I might use this vehicle for approximately 10000 miles a year as I work mainly from home.

Also, would you have any idea on the range insurance cost would be, I have been in the U.S. For 2 years with a California license and had a driving license overseas since 1999 with no history of any accidents or any other incidents.

not a good deal on the lease. it can be had for a few dollars more per month with Zero cap cost reduction.

We don't recommend making a cap cost reduction on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. Better to add the $62/mo to the payment and keep that money in your bank account.

Is the lease selling price the same as the finance selling price?

I am in SF Bay Area and received a quote for a base fwd MDX at $499 mo incl tax with $900 down for 36/10. Sounds pretty decent when comparing to the national offer for the MDX. Dealer didn't show any math. Can someone please provide MF and residual. Thanks!

Hello. Looking at a 2016 AWD Tech Pack for $579 a mo 15k/36 $2k supposedly for tax tittle and fees in NJ. Going to dealership tomorrow (Labor Day). No specific car has been selected so I'm only working off AWD tech Pack MSRP of 49,290.
1. MF and Risidual for AWD Tech and AWD Tech+Acura Watch
2. Anything specific I should look out for?
3. Can I get this deal lower?

Yes... at that selling price, I get $595/mo.. so, $579 seems decent by comparison.
