    Need to find out what that covers, then ask for the adjusted CAP cost, to find out what's been added to the sale price (tax, maybe?).
    With the sale price as the adjusted CAP, I get $471/mo.

    And, yes.... you want to do the MSDs. That's like free money.

    With tax, I get $486/mo
    The adjusted cap is $42,666.22 because they added $671.22 for Ttl Capped Fees

    The breakdown of the drive off fees are:
    DMV Fees $395
    Ttl Upfront Fees $116
    First Payment $508.94

    This only adds up to $1019.94 though, not the $1131.38 they told me.

    I'm also getting $1500 off for VPP.

    What do you think?
    It looks like they might be mixing up which fees are capped and which are being paid upfront.
    Seems like your capped fees would be more, as the acquisition fee alone is $700.

    I get $466/mo.+tax with that CAP, or within a few dollars of the quoted payment. It's possible that the incentive is taxed, and that might make a little bit of difference.

    The inception fees is 1655.00. Am paying less at signing, and the balance gets carried over to Adj CAP which is 44986.00. For some reason I am getting less than what the dealer is quoting (guessing I am doing something wrong - in my excel calc). Would you be able to confirm the number u are getting?

    If $44986 were truly the adjusted CAP cost, then that would include the tax, as that's paid upfront in NJ.

    If that's the adjusted CAP, then $471/mo, as noted before.
    If it doesn't include tax, then find out the actual adjusted CAP cost.

    MF is the same.

    The MF we quote is for top tier credit; the only way to reduce it would be to use multiple security deposits (MSD)

    We believe the Infiniti MSD program allows 10 MSD, each of which reduce the MF by .00010 (.00100 total reduction).

    But, there may be a minimum MF that Infiniti much charge, which could limit the number of MSD you are allowed to make.

    As is, your quote results in a payment of $525/mo, before tax.

    If the MSDs bring the MF down to .00013, I get $411/mo with those prices.

    Looks like some of that trade equity is being used as cap reduction - you may want the dealer to provide you a detailed breakdown of how that equity is being applied.

    No - you can have the dealer write you a check for any equity you do not use for up front costs.

    First, do not put that much down on a lease. Limit your out of pocket to just the first payment and DMV costs.

    You'll lose that money if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

    MD taxes the entire selling price, so if I add that to the sales price I get $578/mo before adding in any fees.

    Yes. Be polite and tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF has been marked up. They know what the base rate is.
