HI. Can you tell me the MF and residual for a base AWD RDX in central New Jersey for July 2017 for 3 yrs./10k miles? Thanks!

    .00081 MF and 58% residual
    $3750 incentives
Thanks! Can you tell me what exactly the incentives are (i.e., how should I take them into account if computing the lease payment)?

    Dealer cash and lease cash.

Negotiate your best price, then subtract out the incentives.

Dealer will likely quote you prices inclusive of the incentives.

Would love some help with residual, money factor, and incentives for "17 RDX base 36/12 and '17 RDX with Acurawatch plus 36/12 in Atlanta. Much appreciated.

    .00081 MF and 57% residual
    $3750 incentives

    w/Acurawatch
    55% residual
    $4000 incentives
Thank you so much for that information. It will come in handy this weekend when we go. On the topic of incentives, when I speak to the salesman and tell him there is 3750, or 4k in incentives he of course will ask where I got that from. What would be a good response? Is it manufacture incentives, acura financial discount or what? Just want to be able to properly come back with a response other than I read it on the internet. Much appreciated for all your help!

Yes they usually add the incentives, so how do you negotiate a sales price and then tell them you want the incentives on top of that?

You don't have to do any of that. You know about the incentives, so set your target price to include them. You don't have to tell the dealer what he already knows.

You don't.. Assume any price includes all incentives, unless the dealer says otherwise. Since you know the incentives, you can set your target price and stick to it.

When I look at the incentives on the base RDX on the Edmunds website I do not see any incentives or rebates offered other than military or college graduate. What am I missing?

Thanks to this forum, please let me know if we got a good deal on the following.

Note: Our 2015 MDX was already over by 7500 miles and had 3 payments to go (@550/month). They waived all of the miles and the remaining payments.

2017 Acura RDX with AWD & technology package

    MSRP = $41,810.00

    Negotiated price = $35,188.00
    Bank Fee = $595
    Doc Fee = $75 ($negotiated down from $299)

36 month lease @ 15,000 miles per year = $465 including NJ sales tax

Total due at signing = $0

Residual value 55% for 15,000 miles
    Money factor = .00119

Can I get some help regarding a quote just received. For some reason I keep getting 377.

    MSRP 36,645
    Discount 9,000
    Window tint 699
    Protection Package 699
    Purchase price 29043.00
    Title Registration fee 644.00
    Doc Fee 899.00
Sales tax paid up front 2,338.94
Net Price out the door 32,924.94

    Dealer quoting 0 down 391.00

36/12 with a 57% residual at .00081 MF I get 377. Can the mods help me out and double check my math because I think they are marking up the MF.

Lastly I don't want the window tint or protection package but sales manager said every car on the lot gets this done to it. Seems like a way to pad the numbers but will check the car tomorrow when I go in person. But 699 to tint 2 windows come on!! I don't even want tinted windows.

With an $899 doc fee, window tinting at $699 seems like a bargain!

Those three items add up to $2300. I'll guess you can't really get $9000 off, without adding those items back in.
Which state is it, where you pay tax upfront?

Georgia is the state. . Yeah really dislike when they do that. Just give a normal discount without putting back all the nonsense fees, exaggerated at that!!!! . But regardless I get 377 are you getting the same thing?

Please tell me if this is a good deal in South Florida:
$478 per month on a 36 month 15k mile lease 2017 RDX Tech.

    MSRP 40,345
    Discount 6,345
    Fees: 1,740
    Cap Cost: 35,740
    Upfront cost: 478
    Residual: 24382.85
    MF: .00081

I keep getting $441.74 per month. Also, I don't think they added in the Incentives of $4000. How does that work? Should the incentives lower the Cap cost to 31740?

    Please help!
