    Can I get MF/RV and any lease incentives for a 2017 GMC Acadia SLT/Denali FWD/AWD for 24/12 and 36/12? Located in Chicago, IL area (Zip 60164). Also a current GMC lease holder.

    Would you be able to assist with the MF/RV on a 2017 Acadia Limited AWD 39/10, 39/12, 39/15?

    I'm seeing advertised leases of $289/39 Months, 10k, $1995 at signing. Those miles are too low for me and I'm trying to determine what the appropriate increase in monthly rate might be for more miles based on the difference in residual.

    Add 2% or 3% for 12K/10K/yr

    The 3% lower residual for 15K/yr is easy to calculate.
    (MSRP X .03) / 39 months = monthly payment increase

    Sorry I am a first time car buyer (real adult car) and could use your advice (was recommended this as the best place to get advice). We are looking at 2017 SLT-2 FWD in area code 37203. Sticker MSRP of 45k and selling price of $41,500. They offered us 7k on our trade in and a lease price of $350 a month for a 36month 10k a year lease? What type of RV and MF should we be looking for is $350 a good price or what should I ask for? Thanks for all your help, would really appreciate any feedback and information.

    We don't suggest using trade equity as a way to lower the payment. Pay the first payment and DMV costs only, and have the dealer cut you a check for the balance.

    Negotiate the selling price, then make sure there aren't any junk fees added in.

    I don't think your residual amount is correct. Residual should be 63% of MSRP, if this is a GM Financial lease.
    That would be $23,659 residual.

    And, if that's right, the rest of your deal looks way off.
