the dealer did not reveal the MF or residual. Apparently the $1500 is just the upfronts. The quote is for an IS300 w/nav out of PA.

Your residual is 55% because the amount listed is exactly 55% of the listed MSRP. It says $1,500 down, so I assume that's cash you would be paying up front, but there is also a lease finance fee ($795 I think) and a dealer document preparation fee (which varies), both of which should be rolled into the lease. You can also see the current $2,750 lease cash discount listed.

Ok thanks. The dealer did say that the $1500 just was for upfronts. Should I aim for more off the MSRP? I thought residuals were more like in 55%-60% range for this vehicle.

Residual on IS is really bad now, which is probably the reason for the $2,750 in lease cash and the low money factor, which appears to be below 0.5%.

Can you please give me your opinion on the deal below? The monthly seems higher than what I was expecting, do you have any suggestions on how I can go about lowering it? The sale price was provided without any negotiation from my end, this is the first offer put on the table by the dealer.

Yes, Lexus has regional data. We don't have all the regions.

Can't comment on other data sources, however.

The only variables is a lease are the MF and cap cost. If you're getting the base MF, then your only option is to negotiate the price.

I am working on my first lease right now so i'm new to this, i'm at about 339 per month with tax on an MSRP of 39.5K and selling price 35.7K for a 36/10K. MF 0.00006 (3 security deposits) with this rebate of 3K cash.

Sounds like a good deal or can I do better?
