Did you recently rush to buy a new vehicle before tariff-related price hikes? A reporter is looking to speak with shoppers who felt pressure to act quickly due to expected cost increases; please reach out to PR@Edmunds.com for more details by 4/24.
What would the residual be on a 2017 Toyota RAV4 platinum AWD and what is the costs of ownerships over a 3 year span? Would probably be buying in PA. 10,000 miles over 3 years.

Oh, and it's the standard lease. 36 months, 12k/year
.00001 and 57%
With your MSRP and selling price, I get $295/mo plus tax. Pretty close, but there is a couple hundred dollars being added to the selling price somewhere.
Can you please provide MF, RV, and any lease cash for a XLE Hybrid RAV4? Looking for both 24/12K and 36/12K. If numbers are regional, looking for both Utah and Virginia.

Good evening, thank you to the moderator for their incredible knowledge and wisdom here. I am absolutely amazed. I have been reading this thread for over and hour and appreciate the service you are providing and am so grateful for your assistance so much.
We are brand new to leasing- I learned more from this thread tonight than all the articles that I've read in the past 2 weeks put together, sheesh - wish I found you sooner!
Would like to hopefully snag some sort of special Labor Day pricing tomorrow or Tuesday (if such a thing exists).
Here are our the options we'd be interested in comparing: 1. 2017 Toyota Rav4 LE (AWD) - 12k/24 mos. (State = Indiana) 2. 2017 Toyota Rav4 LE (AWD) - 12k/36 mos. (State = Indiana) 3. 2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE (AWD) - 12k/24 mos. (State = Indiana) <--this is the one I want 4. 2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE (AWD) - 12k/36 mos. (State = Indiana)
I want to be fancy and first ask what the MF and Residual's are for those options mentioned above (state of Indiana), as well as if there is any sort of incentive running right now that we would benefit from (and I am still learning exactly what these all mean and how to leverage them)
Finally, I'm just going to go out on a limb here and look completely foolish and ask probably a very ignorant question (be gentle please): what we are looking for is to walk away with a deal that is $0 down (or just putting 1st month's payment down), all taxes/fees considered/rolled in (in other words, no surprises), and the walk-out the door agreed-upon monthly payment is $250 a month or less---and my question is, in your expert opinion do you feel that should be possible with the 2017 XLE AWD (the one I want is listed MSRP at dealership $30,807; VIN: JTMRFREV9HD217288)
So grateful for ANY insights you have and wanted to just say thank you again for all the help you are giving to everyone here!!!
I forgot to mention- we'd be open to the FWD version as well, but they do not have any on their lot---so I wasn't sure if that limits their willingness or ability to negotiate pricing when they don't have it on the lot. Thank you again!

The Toyota numbers are set to expire on 9/5, so you can make your deal either tomorrow or Tuesday.
LE AWD - 66% / 59% XLE AWD - 67% / 60% .00001 MF No specific incentive information for Indiana. Even with the higher residual, 24 month leases are usually more expensive than 36 months, as you have fewer months to address the depreciation costs.
First payment and DMV costs should be your only out of pocket expense.
For your hypothetical car, the adjusted cap cost (with all fees added in - $650 acquisition fee, dealer doc fee) would have to be $27,500 to get a pre-tax payment of $250/mo (this is for 36 months). I believe IN taxes the monthly payment.
I suspect that there isn't much demand for FWD RAV4s in Indiana, so dealers don't stock them. You may try dealers in KY, if that isn't too far away.
(BTW, the XLE FWD numbers are the same as the XLE AWD).
I just did a 36 month 12k a year lease on a 17 XLE AWD with the "power plus extra value" package to get BSM, smart key, and power liftgate. Total MSRP was $29,725. Had 15 payments ($127/mo.) remaining on a corolla S model which they took care of. Put $1,000 total down and have payments of $249/ month in Massachusetts.
