There is no 25t in the 2017 model year XE - just 20d and 35t

20d 33/10
Base - .00001 and 56% (RWD) or 55% (AWD)
Prem RWD - 55% and .00023
Prem AWD - 54% and .00001
Prest - .00001 and 53% (RWD) or 52% (AWD)

I must have been looking at the wrong page - I now see the 25t trim levels.

You were correct, the best sale price they could do for the lease was 43K/500 month. Didn't even bother double checking the numbers as I know 43K puts me out of budget.

Just 1st month at signing, I'm sure the fees and other garbage are built into the balance. I didn't bother even countering once they said they weren't willing to discount any further since my price point was sub 400 1st month only, which based on a fair sale price wasn't exactly far fetched.
