I've seen some crazy deals early on in the discussion, but the more recent pages have shown much more expensive results than the ones that were being mentioned earlier in the thread.

Is it still realistic to get in an S90 for <$425/mo and <$1k total out of pocket, at 24mo/10k or 12k? Doesn't matter to me if it's 2017 or 2018, MOM or INSC, T5 or T6. I'm in SE Michigan, if that matters.

I'm in a bind to replace a car that just got totaled out by insurance, and would love to have an S90 in it's place, but just can't swing those $500+ payments right now.

Well snuggle. I know it's possible.
YOU do need to be a good negotiator and willing to spend time doing it. I went through five dealers to find two that were able and willing to deal. it took me pretty much five days of work. The 2017s are lean on inventory but they still deal on the 18s pretty well. One improtant factor is qualifying for the costco cash. If its a 2017 you want to push for 11 to 12 percent off MSRP before incentives on 2018 I was getting them down 9 percent without much work. With costco you have 10k to 11k of incentives. For low 4s you need to be in the 58k or less msp range. Lease cash may all change by the end of the month so you need to jump on it quick as it may be not possible next month

Finally- markets are regional. So Michigan may not be as aggressive with pricing but you won't know until you try. send some emails out and see what you can do. You may have to drive a bit to get the best deal if you can't find someone close willing to deal

Thanks for the information, and sharing your experience. I'm a fairly good negotiator when it comes to car buying, being knowledgeable and well prepared has always worked in my favor. I'm not as familiar with Volvo however, this would be my first Volvo purchase. I'm also brand new to Michigan, so not in an area that i have a good feel for doesn't help. Those two factors, plus the unexpected situation of having my car totaled only a year into my lease, has me a little off my footing.

I have gotten a couple of replies back about models I'm interested in, but I feel like I'm not getting even close to the right numbers. I haven't started serious negotiations with them yet, as I don't even know if either of these could come close yet. I would love to get some feedback, as well as having the MF/RV/discount numbers double checked to see if they're being fudged with.

How does this look for you? Is this good deal? It does not show but all allowance, lease cash, and Costco 3k included.

Does 24 months lease better or 36 months?

Would you go with 7500mi or 10,000mi?

I get numbers pretty close to those... except the spread on the 24 month lease payments should only be about $25/mo. between 24/36 months, not $35/mo. That 24/7.5K payment looks to be about $10 too low.

Either way, take the mileage allowance that you need. It's $600 for the extra 2500 miles per year. Of course, that's cheaper per mile for the 36 month lease, but in either term, it's cheaper than paying mileage overage charges.

That's a really low payment for a $60K MSRP vehicle, in any case. If that's the car you want, I'd take the 36 month term, because that's going to be hard to replicate the next time around.

It's the same deal, either way. 24 months is great, but that also means you'll have to do it again in just 24 months.

I’m looking at a leftover 2017 S90 Momentum AWD T6 with some demo miles on it. List price is $59,175. Car has 7200 demo miles. Dealer has it marked down to $50,995, which I think is still a bit high for a leftover demo.

I qualify for Costco program and the dealer says they’ll honor September numbers on delivery for Monday 10/2.

Can someone please confirm MF and Residual for a 36mo lease in NJ. No $ down or possibly just reg fees.

I’m interested in taking this demo car for a great deal if it’s there.

Getting ready to jump in on an S90 T6 AWD purchase (not lease) at the end of this month. I'm thinking a Momentum with Momentum Plus, Convenience, and Vision packages and the 19" matte wheels, in Silver, Black, Osmium Gray, or Mussel Blue (if any Midwest, East Coast, or upper South dealers are reading this and want to PM me...). Am a Costco member, & my wife has a 2014 S60.

A couple of questions for the forum:
- Is pricing trending back up now that the Costco offer is over, or are dealerships still agreeing to similar prices?

- Will Volvo incentives continue to clear out the 2017s (still quite a good number of them out there in my region...)? Think a Costco offer will come back?

- Any thoughts on what I should be paying for my desired config these days? Am seeing $49-$51k on TrueCar, but it seems like some people have been doing better...

- Anyone ordering the T8, and how long until delivery? Would love the extra power & economy, but I'm thinking the deals won't be nearly as good as the 2017s currently on dealer lots. Also at current gas prices it's looking like 6 years to break even on the upfront capital cost.

Although my money payment comes out correct if I used the "agreed" value in the contract 43,544.81. But then Gross Cap cost is that number plus my reamining lease payments. Confusing.

In other words, they added the amount to payoff your old lease to your current lease?
