Test drove the 3 GT hatchback with auto transmission. MSRP of $27,745.
They are quoting me a 36mo/12k lease at $299 a month with zero down/zero due at signing. Lease cash and loyalty cash are added in.
Wouldn't give me any other numbers so I wasn't able to get the adjusted cap cost.
How'd I do? Phila PA area.

If the $299/mo includes tax, I'd say that's not an altogether awful deal for a loaded car with absolutely $0 out of pocket.

The $299 does include sales tax. It does look like the sales price is scribbled down - something like 24,245 ish..

The $299 does include sales tax. It does look like the sales price is scribbled down - something like 24,245 ish..

Mazda numbers are state specific, this month.
We only have residuals out to 15K/yr. You'll have to check with a dealer for how they handle the extra 15K miles.

Can someone tell me if this is a good deal? They are down to $288 total including taxes, $0 down. One thing I am confused about it why the 1st month's payment is added onto the sales price of the car as a "capitalized initial fee" This is in Southern California

If the MSRP is $24,620, that means you are paying full MSRP, plus $497 for optional items? That can't be a good deal. You should negotiate a discount from the dealer, in addition to the rebate. Also, whatever the $497 is for, ditch that.

If it's gone from $312/mo. to $288/mo, it looks like they've discounted the car somewhat, but probably not enough. Get a new disclosure that results in the new payment.

That makes sense... .or, they could just tell you the selling price..

The MSRP is $24,620, that much is clear.
